  1. I am an over staying alien here in the USA since 2006 and have been working
as Independent Contractor, as caregiver, with a Health Care Provider. All the years I have been working I am paying my yearly Income Tax, hoping someday that there will be an Immigration Reform I will have proof that I did my share of responsibility to the US government. My question is: Is there still a chance for an Immigration Reform?

    • Hi, Norlito:

Why don’t you call our office and set up a consultation. The fact that you came on a visa gives you some advantages over persons who came walking. We may be able to find a solution.

      John
